The farm The Red Vineyard is centrally located in Umbria, between Perugia and Spoleto, 4 km. and 20 from Bevagna to Assisi. It is located in the Sagrantino Road.

It is so conveniently located :
for lovers of wine and food tourism
to visit the most famous Umbrian towns
for religious tourism, as it is close to Assisi and not far from the Sanctuary of Cascia.

The location within a farm fenced, with private road, offering to return from a day trip, a guarantee of peace, relaxation and contact with nature, as well as an undisturbed night's sleep.

Accommodation is in a renovated stone farmhouse, divided into two large apartments, provided with bed linen and towels.

The house has two floors:
- Ground Floor: 140sqm
3 large bedroom apartment with 2 triples and a double, two bathrooms, living room of 40 sqm. with cast iron wood burning stove, large dining table, lounge and kitchen. It can accommodate up to 8 people.
- First Floor: 100sqm
Living room with kitchenette, fireplace and sofa-1 Triple room - 2 double bedrooms, bathroom. It can accommodate up to 7 people.

GENERAL NOTES

Closed: January, February and then Epiphany
Free private parking is possible on site.
Pets are allowed on request and free of charge.
Check in from 17 to 20 / Check out within 10 hours, only to coincide with other arrivals and departures, otherwise agreed.

Our rates:

Prices are for a minimum of 4 occupants per apartment, are subject to change.
Daily price: 22 to 30 euros.
Price per week: From 490 to 950 euros.
Water - electricity - gas - linen and towels - final cleaning included

Services:

The apartments are equipped with fridge, hob with four gas burners, microwave oven or electric, fly screens on all windows, wood furniture. The washing machine is attached locally, for common use. On site you can go for long walk through the forest, swim in the seasonal pool at the service of the house or go cycling on the bike path that connects Bevagna, Spoleto and Assisi. Within a radius of 20 km., There is the possibility to go horse riding, tennis, swimming, fishing and other sports.
A service of the house there are: garden with terraces equipped with tables and chairs, BBQ, swimming pool with solarium and sun beds, baby cot and high chair, depending on availability.

How to reach us:

From the highway, the exit is north of Foligno and then on towards Bevagna. From Bevagna follow the signs to the village of Torre del Colle. Once there, phone us, we will be happy to meet you and accompany you to the farmhouse.
