It has wonderful panoramic views, and is strategically situated within easy reach of the most important cities of art in Umbria and Tuscany. It is part of a traditional style building in stone, with a large garden and an area for sun bathing, both of which are equipped. With garden furniture.

In the constrution are inserted two flats for the use of turists: - The first consists of an entrance hall, a living room with a terrace, two bedrooms, bath-room, and kitchen for a total 62 square metres, to sleep 5 persons (1 bedroom with 3 beds, 1 bedroom with 2 beds). - the second consists of an entrance hall, two bedrooms, bath-room, kitcen for a total of 50 square metres. both the furnished flats are prepared for a comfortable stay. they are equipped with freezer an TV. In the garden, available for use by the guests are hammocks, a swing barbecue, children's games, mountaun bikes an garden forniture. The entire construction is the property of the regular holders who are happy to ffer their guests a hearty reception with a little gift of the olive-oil of our own pruduction.
