Il Capanno is a cottage once used by local farmers as a shed for farm implements and hay. The restructuring was done deliberately as faithful as possible to the old structure, although of course it is equipped with essential modern comforts. It consists of two parts: the first part consists of a lounge with fireplace, large country kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The second part now called "La Torretta" was a tobacco drying time, has a small kitchen, two bedrooms, one of which can also serve as a living and of course a bathroom. The bedrooms are connected with old wooden stairs and furnished with period furniture. Outside is a covered patio which is accessed separately from the two kitchens on the ground floor, the outside is always a big barbecue and pizza oven. In the vicinity of the shed you can relax in the shade of oak trees and enjoy a typical Umbrian and Tuscan land scape. The aforesaid cottage also has a golf shot "Crossbow ." Il Capanno is located between Umbria and Tuscany, from Citta di Castello and Cortona.
