Farmhouse in Morano Osteria (Comune of Gualdo Tadino), situated in the middle of the green hill of Umbria 700 metres above sea level. Its position is ideal to visit historical and tourism centres: Gualdo Tadino is 7 km, Assisi 22 km, Gubbio 32 km, Perugia 40 Km.

Our rates:

Rent per week (everything included): High season (July, August, Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter) Euro 700.00; Medium season(May, June and September) Euro 600.00; Low season (the rest of the year) Euro 450.00. Special prices for couples or for longer stays.

Services:

The flat, provided with self-contained heating system, is part of a typical farmhouse of Umbria with an external stairway and habitable first floor. It has recently been restored according to the local features, it's completely made of stone and it has a wooden garret. Through the external typical stairway with a small balcony it's possible to reach the flat, composed by one double bedroom (2+2), one bedroom with two separate beds, kitchen and bathroom. The house is surrounded by a wide natural space, enclosed, adapted as garden and park, here it's possible to have a quiet rest in contact with nature, under secular oak trees. Situated in a panoramic area where one can enjoy a very good view of the Appennino Umbro-Marchigiano. Besides the spacious garden, an arcade with tables and chairs are at the guests' disposal. We offer the occasion to stay in a rural locality of the green Umbria, in the middle of the quietness of the countryside, untouched by the modern lifestyle, where activities are regulated only by the seasons and privacy is completely saved.

It' easy to reach it: by airplane with international flight to Milano and then national flight to the S. Egidio Airport (Perugia); By car from the street E45 to the exit Assisi and then through the public street (S.S.) Assisi ? Gualdo Tadino; by train stopping at the Gualdo Tadino station. 7 km far from it there's a swimming pool, it's next to the city of Gualdo Tadino provided with every service: restaurant, supermarket, chemist's.
