The Amerino region is a beautiful land shaped by twelve gently sloping hills. The growing vegetation gives light and colour to this dazzling landscape.

Right here, half way between Narni and Amelia, lost between the top of a hill and the valley underneath, the Podere Urbani takes shape out of the ruins of a landlord old country house.

The new country house has been converted in 5 stunning apartments, finely furnished and well equipped to the highest standards of comfort.

THE APARTEMENTS
All the apartments are finely furnished and equipped with TV, telephone, kitchen, fridge and dishwasher. Each one has its own front door. Some feature a private balcony, others have access to a communal terrace.

THE RESORT
The Podere Urbany rests on the top of a beautiful Umbrian hill. It has been converted in 5 stunning apartments, finely furnished and well equipped to the highest standards of comfort. An additional communal lounge is available to guests. Warmed up by a fireplace this space is equipped with a kitchen and bathrooms. Peace, scenery and rural architectural details are typical of the Umbrian landscapes. Podere Urbani is part of this idyllic setting and it is crowned by delightful gardens, a traditional wood-burning fireplace and an inviting swimming pool.
