"Inmo" is a japanese word of the Zen tradition that, roughly speaking, means "so as it is". What you will find here, is not the usual course or entertainment activity to fill up your days, but the chance to have a break from everything and to taste the simplicity of silence, of the sound of birds, of peaceful walks across woods and fields. The B&B is in a house placed in the open country, with no other buildings in the surroundings, and consists of only one room, with independent entrance and private bathroom; attached, there is a small garden, in addition to the house's larger one, that you can share. The land around is cultivated with an olive grove, a vineyard, raspberries, blackberries, other kind of fruit trees and a vegetable garden according to the rules of small scale organic farming, that is the main occupation of the owner. The tranquillity and stillness of the site, that you'll appreciate, being the only guests, will make you recognize as "your own" the time you'll spend here, perceiving the continuous dialogue between Man and Nature that countrylife actually is. In any case, this B&B (height 450 mts.) is the perfect base for your tours. You can visit : Orvieto, Todi, Civita di Bagnoregio, the lakes of Corbara and Bolsena, and the boundless woods of mount Peglia that are all within a 15 to 45 minutes drive. You can easily reach the railway and the highways (A1 and E45) by which you can reach Rome, Florence, Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio and many other beautiful sites for a day trip, if you wish. In case you are travelling with your dogs, please take them with you: there are suitable and equipped boxes for them, you can also leave them here while you are out. The owner speaks English and Spanish. The room has a heating system, a mini-fridge, water boiler to make tea. There is no tv.

Our rates:

For one night only, 60 euros for the double room for two people including breakfast.
From two nights onwards 50 euros

In case of the room occupied by one people only, 60 euros for one only night and 40 from two nights onwards (including breakfast)

How to reach us:

From Rome - Florence highway (A1)
After you get out of the highway at Orvieto, go right twards Orvieto until you reach a first roundabout junction. Take your first right , direction Arezzo - Ficulle, cross a bridge and go right to Perugia ? Todi, then, at the next roundabout junction, go straight to Todi; you climb for about 12 kms. until you reach Colonnetta di Prodo where you straight in direction of Todi. After about 1 km. You'll find (on your left) a sign indicating Inmo B&B. Turn right and follow the directions for about 1.5 km

From the "highway" (superstrada) E45 Perugia - Todi:
You should exit at Todi and, follow the directions for Orvieto, until you find signs for Quadro ? Prodo; turn right. Continue 'till Prodo, and go on another 5 kms. until you see (on your right) a sign for INMO B&B. Turn left and follow the directions for about 1,5 kms.
