The 4 double bedrooms and the bathrooms reserved for the guests are on the top floor and this given privacy and quietness.

Each room has a balcony from where it?s possible to admire the whole city of terni surrounded by closely-planted high hills from the rooms you can see the villages of Miranda and Collescipoli ? on the east side and on the west side the medieval village of Narni . A big garden will allow you spend relaxing moments of peace in the country surrounded by olive-trees and huge and secular oaks. 3 places for cars inside the fence of the bed and breakfast assure safety and comfort.
